"My two sons (11&16 yrs old) and I Have been training for about 1.5 months! I have learned so much.

My oldest has done mma since he was 5 yrs old on and off. But he has really found his niche. He loves it here and has goals he wants to reach.

My youngest, this is his first time doing any martial art and has LOVED it.

They have welcomed us with open arms. They have some amazing instructors that are not only great at what they do but also so friendly, relatable, funny, and they push you to do better!

I have always wanted to do kick boxing. We are able to do this together at the same time. I can watch my youngest in the other class and we can also train together and spend some quality time together. This has been our saving grace.

Now I don’t feel bad for going to the gym, we can all go together and get our workout on! It has been great not only physically but also mentally. HIGHLY recommended!"
